I want to take the chance to say thanks to the workers of CAL Tobago’s office for the manner in which they handled my complaint about my Club Caribbean card.
I was quite upset for being ignored by the customer service representative although I mentioned that I was in possession of the card.
I went to the office and a very nice representative who told me how I should deal with the matter.
I was also pleased that not only did I get on the standby list but left Tobago relatively quickly although I met many people there.
I was also pleasantly surprised that on approaching the counter I was told that the flight might have been delayed.
Oh my it seems that CAL’s customer representatives are absorbing their in-house etiquette training. Many thanks, CAL
